Typically not seen during the funeral, the behind-the-scenes presence of support staff is nonetheless critical to the day-to-day operation of our facilities. Our support staff plays an important role in ensuring our high standard of service. We are proud of their dedication and commitment.

A native of Shippensburg, Pam grew up on a local dairy farm and graduated from the Shippensburg Area Senior High School She joined the funeral home staff as part-time secretary in 1999 and in 2009 became a full-time employee. She is a 1985 graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch, School of Allied Health Sciences, and previously worked as an ophthalmic technician. She is member of the Shippensburg Kiwanis Club. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, gardening, and spending time with her children. She resides in Newburg with her husband Bill and their three sons Derek, Dylan, and Brock.
|Judy Hess, Hair Stylist|
Judy has been our in-house hairdresser for the past thirty years. Previously owning and operating her own hair salon in downtown Shippensburg, she retired to care for her adorable granddaughters. She lives in Shippensburg with her husband Bob and is a member of the Prince Street United Brethren Church, Shippensburg.

Kim also has been employed by the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home for the past thirtyght years as our housekeeper. She keeps our funeral home clean for the families we serve. Kim lives in Newburg with her husband Jim. She enjoys spending time with her son and granddaughters, flowers, and gardening.
