Tyson Hathcock

Tyson G. Hathcock, 23, of Shippensburg, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022.

He was born on January 29, 1999 in Harrisburg, a son of Gregory G. (Elizabeth) Hathcock and Mina R. (Michael) Matzner.

Tyson was a 2017 graduate of the Shippensburg Area Senior High School. He was a gun enthusiast and member of the Walnut Bottom Rod & Gun Club. He enjoyed doing autobody work, was a fan of Jeeps, and liked to fish.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by four siblings, Rayden Hathcock, Sarina Matzner, Colin Hathcock, and Cortland Adams; grandparents, Weston (Carol) Green, Sr., Barbara Boise, Sharon (Weldon) Hathcock, and Missy (Bill) Furl; his good friends and bonus brothers, Greg Leturgey, Kyle Ballent, Kyle Allen, Andy Epperson, Andrew Furry, Cole Rosenberry, and Dalton Shriner; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his dog, Maverick.

He is preceded in death by one sister, Kinlee Hathcock.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. There will be no public viewing or visitation at this time. Graveside services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
