Timothy Joshua Thomas, 29, of Shippensburg, died Tuesday, September 15, 2015 from the result of a motorcycle accident.
He was born August 29, 1986 in Wilmington Delaware. Tim was a son of Timmy L. and Leslie D. Jenkins Thomas of Shippensburg.
For years he worked for his parents business, New View Landscaping and also worked for various roofing companies. Tim attended Shippensburg High School, and enjoyed riding motorcycles, fast cars, listening to all kinds of music, finding four leaf clovers, and most of all spending time with his son, Titan. Years ago he was active in sports, such as wrestling, football, and baseball. Tim was a Baltimore Ravens fan and enjoyed hanging out with his friends. He was loved by all his uncles and aunts.
Tim was preceded in death by his grandmother, Doris Thomas and a cousin, Christopher Thomas.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his fiancé, Vanessa R. Sikora, one son, Titan James Thomas, three sisters, Janise Jenkins of Orrstown, Shannon Atturo and her husband Jason of Somerdale, NJ, and Jessica Albertson and her companion Dante Silvestro of Shippensburg, paternal grandfather, Harry Thomas of Shippensburg, and seven nieces and nephews, Darrien Jenkins, Karisa Roberts, Dustin Craig, Hailey Gutshall, Alissa Atturo, Olivia Gutshall, and Dante Silvestro, III.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 19, 2015 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home at 3 p.m. Officiating will be The Rev. J.R. Wells. A viewing will be held from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. in the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be private.
