Timothy Marpoe

Timothy D. Marpoe, Jr., 26, of Shippensburg, departed this life on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.
He was born on November 12, 1991, in Carlisle, the son of Timothy D. Marpoe, Sr., and Michelle Mowery.
Timothy was a 2010 graduate of Shippensburg Area High School. He enjoyed fishing, nature walks, art, and music. Timothy spent many good times playing with his crazy cats and you would find him usually watching the news on television. He loved spending time with his friends and family, especially if it involved sitting next to a camp fire.
In addition to his parents, Timothy D. (Crystal) Marpoe, Sr., of Shippensburg and Michelle M. (Ralph E., II) Mowery of Shippensburg, he is survived by his sister, Amber (Spencer) Cooley of Shippensburg; two half-brothers, Devin and Caleb Mowery, both of Shippensburg; his girlfriend, Madyson Johnson of Shippensburg; maternal grandmother, Esther Mason of Carlisle; a nephew, Carson Miles Flinchun of Shippensburg; and many friends.
Timothy was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Nelson Gift and his paternal grandparents, John and Bonnie Marpoe.
A celebration of Timothy’s life will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 11, 2018, on the patio at the University Grille, 32 East King Street Shippensburg, PA 17257.
