Timothy G. Hovetter, 53, of Carlisle, died Friday, November 15, 2013 in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born Tuesday, April 12, 1960 in Harrisburg, he was a son of the late William F. and Edna Devore Hovetter.
Tim was of the Protestant Faith. He was presently employed at EXEL in Carlisle with 34 years of service. He was a member of the Oscar M. Hykes American Legion Post # 223, Shippensburg.
Tim was an avid NASCAR and Pittsburgh Steelers Fan, he also loved riding his Harley Davidson and camping.
Surviving is his wife of 24 years, Beth Anne King Hovetter of Carlisle, two daughters, Nicole L. “Niki” Gross of Harrisburg, Andrea L. Hovetter of Carlisle, two grandsons, Mason J. and Logan P. Gross both of Harrisburg, one brother, Thomas L. Hovetter and his wife Janora and their daughter Kaylee Ruth Hovetter all of Chambersburg.
Services and burial will be private. A visitation will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hershey Ronald McDonald House, 745 W. Governor Road, Hershey, PA 17033.
