Rosemary Tritt

Rosemary G. (Nenninger) Tritt, 84, resident of Oak Hill Village, Middletown, formerly of Shippensburg, passed away the afternoon of Saturday, March 30, 2024 at the Hershey Medical Center.

She was born on July 10, 1939 in Mowersville, PA, a daughter of the late Clarence L. and Clara Doyle Nenninger.

Rosemary was a longtime member of the Ridge Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna M. (Michael) Stuckey of Myerstown; two grandchildren, Jillian (Andy) Spittle of Middletown and Adam (Amber) Auchey of Cranberry Twp.; three great-grandchildren, Luke Spittle, Charli Spittle, and Nash Auchey; and one sister, May E. Holtry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold D. Tritt, whom passed away on October 26, 2003. Also preceding in death are four brothers, Harry C., Clarence A., William A., and George L. Nenninger.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ridge Covenant Brethren Church with Pastor Leon Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
