Ronnie L. Mangle, 74, a resident of Green Ridge Village, Newville, formerly of Shippensburg, died Sunday, February 3, 2013 in the home.
Ronnie was born August 1, 1938 in Shippensburg. He was a son of the late Marion and Helen Hall Mangle.
Ronnie was a member of the Shippensburg Church of the Brethren, Shippensburg. He was the owner and operator of the former Mangle’s Refinishing and Upholstering in Cleversburg. Ronnie was a 1956 graduate of the Shippensburg Area Senior High School.
He is survived by his wife, Dawn E. Reed Mangle, two sons, Jeffrey Wade Mangle and his wife Brenda K. of Shippensburg, and Lonnie Dean Mangle and his wife Gail J. of Chambersburg, four grandchildren, Timothy Mangle, Nathan and Brent Chamberlin, and Kimberly Diehl, five great grandchildren, two sisters, Betty Fogelsanger of Chambersburg, and Nancy Mellott of Shippensburg, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 8, 2013 in the Shippensburg Church of the Brethren at 2 p.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Harold E. Yeager and The Rev. Wayne Hall. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg and one hour prior to the services Friday in church.
