Robert R. Wilt, 72 of Fayetteville, died Friday, February 10, 2012 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born September 5, 1939 in Lost River, West Virginia, he was a son of the late Ottis F. Wilt and Esther L. Wilkins Whetzel.
He was a retired truck driver for UPS with over 30 years of service. Robert was a member of the Mongul United Brethren Church.
He is survived by three daughters, Manieka A. Wright and her husband Tim, and Crystal M. Duffey and her husband Jim all of Shippensburg, and Acamie L. Wilt and her companion Chad E. Cook of Fayetteville, eight grandchildren, Cory R. and Tyler S. Wright, Cogan L., Luke R., and Sydney E. Duffey, Anneka M. and Keaton G. Wilt, and Dayton J. Cook, one great grandson, Jameson R. Wright, two brothers, Hoyt E. “Gene” Wilt of Maurertown, VA, and James Wilt of VA, two sisters, Loretta Secrist of Broadway, VA, and Linda Whetzel of Lost River, WV, and his ex-wife, Sharon M. Wilt of Shippensburg.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers.
Funeral services will be private.
