Robert Millhouse

Robert E. “Pete” Millhouse, Jr., of Chambersburg, died Sunday, March 29, 2015 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.

Born Wednesday, May 6, 1959 in Shippensburg, he was a son of the Late Robert E. Millhouse, Sr. and Maude B. Dunlap Millhouse of Chambersburg.

Pete was a former employee of Brake Trucking and David H. Martin Trucking as a driver, and owned and operated a local lawn care service.

He was a member of the AMVETS # 224 and the Loyal Order of Moose # 842 both in Chambersburg. Pete loved his horses and spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion, Milly, two daughters, Christie R. Jumper of Chambersburg, Jessica R. Wietry of Greencastle, two grandsons, Tyler S. Conner of Chambersburg, and Mason S. Clopper of Shippensburg, one granddaughter, Kaydence M. Clopper of Shippensburg, one great grandson, Dawson Z. Conner of Chambersburg, one brother, Robert E. Cuff, Mercersburg, one sister, Cathy J. Helman of Chambersburg, one nephew, John King, two great nephews, Carson & Carter, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc. with Pastor Philip Steele officiating. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Thursday, in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, 500 University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.
