Robert E. Halter, 62, of Shippensburg, died Monday, February 23, 2015 in ManorCare, Carlisle.
He was born January 21, 1953 in Carlisle, Cumberland County. Robert was a son of Calvin W. Halter of Shippensburg and the late Amy E. Byers Halter. A brother Ronald Halter is also deceased.
Robert was employed by Amazon.com, Hazelton.
In addition to his father he is survived by three children, Brian, Christopher, and Laurian all of Lancaster, and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 27, 2015 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg at 2 p.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Kenneth E. Williamson. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Shippensburg. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
