Rick Rosenberry

Rick E. “Rosey” Rosenberry, 49, of Shippensburg, died Sunday, June 17, 2012 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born Wednesday, April 24, 1963 in Carlisle, he is the son of John Samuel Rosenberry Jr., of Newville and Bonnie Rhea Killian Halter of Shippensburg.
Rosey was 1981 graduate of the Shippensburg Senior High School. He served in the United States Army and was presently employed by McCoy Brothers Construction where he worked for the past nine years. Rosey was a member of the Durff-Kuhn VFW Post # 6168, Oscar M. Hykes American Legion Post # 223 and the Minnequa Club all in Shippensburg and was a member of the Walnut Bottom Rod and Gun Club.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step father, Richard L. Halter Sr. of Shippensburg, one brother, John Lee Rosenberry of Shippensburg, one niece and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc. with the Rev. Paul K. Hauk officiating. Burial will be private. A viewing will be held Wednesday from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Military honors will be conducted by the Shippensburg Veterans Council following the services at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society Franklin & Fulton Unit, 384 Floral Ave, Chambersburg, Pa. 17201.
