Reba B. Payne, 62 of Shippensburg, died Thursday, April 7, 2011 in her home.
Born December 29, 1948 in Newton Hampton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Minnie Thompson Kelley.
She enjoyed bingo and activities at Lutheran Home Care Services in Chambersburg. Reba was a sewing machine operator at the former R & S Dress Factory in Shippensburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph H. Payne, Sr. who died May 3, 2004, and three brothers; David, Charles and James Kelley.
She is survived by three sons; Joseph H. Payne, Jr. and his companion Lorraine Martin, Rocky S. Payne and his wife Ann and Lee A. Payne all of Shippensburg, two grandchildren; Harley A. Payne and Sondra L. Rohm both of Shippensburg, one great grandson, Darryl Ott, Jr. of Shippensburg, four brothers; Steve, Paul, and Arthur Kelley all of Mount Union, and Olivio Kelley of Honey Grove, five sisters; Sandra Drake and Patricia Flasher both of Mapleton, Mary Queen of Robbinsville, NC, Rosa Forshey of State College, and Martha Snyder of Mount Union.
The family will be having a private service.
