Paul M. Mell, 84, of Shippensburg, died Friday, June 4, 2010 in his home.
Born November 6, 1925 in Newville, Cumberland County, he was a son of the late Harry and Dora Shannon Mell.
He retired from the Letterkenny Army Depot and attended the Lurgan United Brethren Church.
He is survived by his companion Ruth N. Stouffer, two daughters; Susan C. Matthews of Edenton, NC and Shirley M. Ramsey and her husband Larry of Chambersburg, one bother Lester Mell of Newville, eight grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2010 in the Lurgan United Brethren Church at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Richard E. Mose will officiate. Burial will be in Lurgan Cemetery. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg and Tuesday morning from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
