Patricia Heefner Rebuck

Patricia A. (Heefner) Rebuck, 79, of Shippensburg, passed away the evening of Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the Shippensburg Health Care Center.

She was born on Thursday, September 30, 1943 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late George and Dora (Glessner) Dunsing.

Patricia worked as a seamstress for the former Hoffman Mills. In her younger years, she was a member of the Shippensburg First Church of God and more recently had attended the First Assembly of God in Shippensburg.

She enjoyed doing Sudoku puzzles, coloring, and sitting on the back porch watching birds and enjoying nature. Patricia was a loving and caring mother and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Joseph Heefner, Jr. of Shippensburg; and three grandchildren, Brady Heefner of Boston, MA, Dalton Heefner of Warm Springs, WV, and Bryce Maryott of Linglestown.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Heefner, Sr.; her second husband, Harry G. Rebuck; one daughter, Cindy Maryott; and one grandson, Dean Maryott, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. Pastor Timothy Beitzel will officiate. Patricia will be buried alongside her first husband in the Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
