Nellie A. Hale, 79, of Shippensburg, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 in the Shippensburg Health Care Center.
She was born November 14, 1940 in Shippensburg, PA. Nellie was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Augusta Mae Holtry Ott.
Nellie worked at U-Wanna Wash Frocks Company in Shippensburg and Masland Associates in Carlisle. She was a graduate of the former Shippensburg High School.
Nellie is survived by two sisters, Hazel M. Johns and Sally Ott, both of Shippensburg. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa M. Palmer, who passed away February 11, 2014; three brothers, Wesley, Sr., Eber and Johnny Ott; and a sister, Betty Gossert.
Private graveside services will be held in the Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
