Nedra Allen

Nedra J. Allen, 55, a resident of the Shippensburg Health Care Center, died Sunday, July 11, 2010 in the center.
Born February 3, 1955 in Chambersburg, Franklin County, she was a daughter of the late Pearl E. Strayer Allen.
For over 20 years she worked for the Center for Industrial Training in Mechanicsburg and years ago worked at the News Chronicle in Shippensburg. Nedra enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley and Billy Ray Cyrus.
She is survived by one sister, Connie D. Killinger and her husband Terry of Shippensburg, one brother, Robert E. Allen and his wife Daisy of Shippensburg, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 16, 2010 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be The Rev. George Strayer. Burial will be in Cleversburg Cemetery. The viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home Friday morning.
