Nancy J. Shew, 62, of Shippensburg, died Wednesday, September 28, 2011 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born February 18, 1949 in Shippensburg, she was a daughter of the late Roy R., Sr. and Rosella P. Kelley Orndorff.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald E. Shew, a niece whom she raised, Lisa A. Orndorff, one brother, Kenneth L. Orndorff, and one sister, Rose M. McBeth, all of Shippensburg, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles E. “Jack” Orndorff and Roy R. Orndorff, Jr.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 3, 2011 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg at 2 p.m. Officiating will be The Rev. David Erisman. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Chambersburg. A viewing will be held Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
