Nancy L. McCullough, 60, of Shippensburg, died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at home.
She was born March 27, 1953 in Carlisle. Nancy was a daughter of the late Walter R. and Janet E. Halter Foltz.
She retired from the Naval Ships Control Center in Mechanicsburg after 41 years of service. Nancy was a member of the Oakville United Methodist Church, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Oscar M. Hykes American Legion Post # 223, Shippensburg, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the South Newton Volunteer Fire Company in Walnut Bottom. She was a 1971 graduate of Big Spring High School.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Don McCullough.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Harold J. McCullough, one son, Shawn M. McCullough and his wife Stephanie and their children, Walter and Luke of Shippensburg, a niece whom Nancy raised, Amber N. Foltz of Greencastle, two brothers, Barry Foltz of Newville, and Jeffrey Foltz of Shippensburg.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2013 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg at 11 a.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Miguel H. Arenas. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
