Our Angel got her Wings!
Heaven welcomed Nancy Jane (Johnston) Frohm home Monday, December 12, 2022, just nine days after celebrating her 95th birthday.
Nancy was born Saturday, December 3, 1927 in Shippensburg to the late George and Nancy (Reilly) Johnston. Early in her life, she realized how important family was. She stopped her education before graduating so that she could go to work to assist her family. She was one of eleven children.
In 1948, she married the late John Henry Frohm and they began their family, producing six beautiful children. Nancy was so proud of her children. She loved them with all her heart and would do anything to make sure they were always happy, healthy and felt all the love she was able to give. When her children grew up she was able to continue to spread this love to her six grandsons and one granddaughter and their families. No matter how many children, grandchildren, siblings, or friends, she never ran out of love. Her beautiful smile would light up your heart and your spirit.
In addition to her parents and husband, Nancy was preceded in death by her siblings; George, Melvin, Gail, Jim, Julia, Bob, and Tom.
She is survived by her children, Cindy of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Shelia of Orrstown, Johnny (Linda) of Spring Hill, FL, Tony (Kim) of Shippensburg, Sandy of Enola,, and Janie (Byron) of Orrstown. Her six grandsons; Jamie (Loren) of New Jersey, Kevin (Karen) of Texas, Nathan (Susie) of Lancaster, Jeremy (Trisha) of Shippensburg, Tony, Jr. (Molly) of Shippensburg, Johnathan (Cayce) of North Carolina, and her granddaughter, Courtney (Brian) of Harrisburg, 13 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings; Pete, Peggy (Leroy) of Shippensburg, and Helen (Rich) of Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by her family, her many great-grandchildren, and anyone who had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful soul. Nancy was the “Crown Jewel” of her family.
