Miriam M. “Toots” Smith, 79, of Shippensburg, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at her home.
Miriam was born Monday, April 10, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Irwin and Catherine Ann Kendall Cover.
Toots is survived by one son, Richard Paul (wife Gladys) Smith, Anchorage, AK; one daughter, Irene R.M. Smith, Orrstown; two granddaughters, Alice M. Houser, and Tammy J. Smith, both of Chambersburg; two great grandchildren, two brothers, two sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 4-6 p.m. at the Oasis of Love Church. Funeral services and burial will be private.
