Born November 24, 1960, in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the Kermit J. and Betty G. Carbaugh Rhone.
She is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Rhone and Elizabeth Marie Romero, 5 sisters, Charlotte Clark, Cindy Shew, Mary Runk, Peggy Gilbertson, and Linda Humwood, and one brother, David Rhone.
Services will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Inc., Shippensburg.
