Matthew Sensenig

Matthew Newswanger Sensenig, newborn son of Mark Z. and Ada Mae (Newswanger) Sensenig, of Shippensburg, was born on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 and died on the evening of Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.

In addition to his parents, Matthew is survived by his sister, Karen N. Sensenig; paternal grandparents, Christ S. and Esther (Zimmerman) Sensenig of Shippensburg; maternal grandparents, Wilmer S. and Arlene (Nolt) Newswanger of Newville; paternal great grandparents Isaac and Fannie Zimmerman of New Holland; maternal great grandparents, Aaron and Mary Newswanger of New Holland and John and Barbara Nolt of New Holland; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by paternal great grandparents, Henry and Lizzie Sensenig; and one uncle, Marvin Newswanger.

Matthew’s funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, August 15, 2014, at the Shippensburg Old Order Mennonite Church on Duncan Rd., Shippensburg. Viewing will begin at 9:30 a.m., at church, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. The ministry of the church will be officiating.
