Mary Seavers

Mary E. Seavers, 91, of Mechanicsburg formerly of Shippensburg, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020 in the Holy Spirit Hospital.
She was born April 28, 1928 in Shippensburg, PA. Mary was a daughter of the late Lee and Ruth (Stevick) Florig.
Mary was a member of the Memorial Lutheran Church, Shippensburg. She retired from Weigle and Associates, Shippensburg. She was a past member of the Shippensburg Civic Club and the Fort Morris Chapter AARP # 3324, Shippensburg. Years ago Mary was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Seavers who passed away September 19, 2003.
Mary is survived by one daughter, Susan S. Barner of Enola, two grandsons, Adam Barner of Baltimore and Zachary Barner of West Chester, one brother, Robert S. Florig and his wife Beverly and one sister, Doris Seibert all of Shippensburg.
A private graveside service will be held in Spring Hill Cemetery.
