Marie Zullinger

Marie C. Zullinger, 97, a resident of Menno Haven, died on the evening of Thursday, December 5, 2013.
She was born on July 9, 1916, in Orrstown, the daughter of the late Luther F. and Grace Campbell Zullinger and was a 1934 graduate of Shippensburg High School.
Marie worked as a supervisor, at the Beistle Co., Shippensburg, retiring after 40 years of employment.
She was a life-long member of the Shippensburg Presbyterian Church, a member of the Shippensburg Historical Society, and also the Menno Haven Ladies Auxiliary.
Marie is survived by one brother, Robert L. Zullinger, of Chambersburg; three nephews, R. Frederic (Roxanne) Zullinger of Mechanicsburg, David L. Zullinger of Cherry Hill, NJ, and Joel R. (Sandra) Zullinger of Chambersburg; one great niece; and three great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James W. Zullinger, who died on July 31, 2001.
Her memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, in the Chapel at Menno Haven. Chaplain Vernon D. Isner will officiate. A private graveside service will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Michael K. Miller. There will be no public viewing or visitation.
