Margaret "Margie" Siegfried

Margaret “Margie” D. Siegfried, 86, a resident of the Shippensburg Health Care Center, departed this life on the morning of Thursday, December 15, 2016.
She was born on December 21, 1929, in Dalmatia, a daughter of the late Irvin and Mary Engle.
Margie was a homemaker throughout her life. She was very easy going person and lived a very simple life. She enjoyed making ceramics, gardening and landscaping around her home, and was always very sociable with her neighbors.
She is survived by four children, Marlin Engle of Middletown, Yvonne Wilcox of Mechanicsburg, Dennis (Evelyn) Grubb of Grantville, and Gene Siegfried of Shippensburg; one brother, Allen Engle; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse, Marlin Siegfried; two sisters, Jennie and Leah; and three brothers, Clarence, Edwin, and Charles.
Margie’s funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. There will be no public viewing, visitation, or funeral service. Interment will occur in the Churchville (Oberlin) Cemetery, Harrisburg.
