Lynelle Rose Nolt, 18, of Shippensburg, peacefully passed to her eternal reward on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh after a lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis.
She was born in Shippensburg on March 4, 1996. Lynelle was the beloved daughter of Jay P. and Edna Mae (Hoover) Nolt, granddaughter of Phares W. and Anna Mae (Sensenig) Nolt and Harvey G. and Mary (Martin) Hoover all of Shippensburg and a great granddaughter of Katie Zimmerman of Denver, PA. Lynelle enjoyed life with her sisters, Kandace E., Amy Sue, Andrea L. and Teresa B. Nolt, and her brother, Travis Jay Nolt all at home. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
She was a member of the Shippensburg Old Order Mennonite Church and cleaned at Dr. Stonesifer’s office in Shippensburg.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 5, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at the Shippensburg Old Order Mennonite Church and Cemetery on Duncan Road. Officiating will be Bishop Isaac Weaver. A viewing will be held Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at 611 Newburg Road, Shippensburg.
