Lowell Weaver

Lowell Eugene Weaver, 5 days old, of Shippensburg, departed this life on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

He was born on Friday, May 7, 2021, in Shippensburg, a son of Ammon and Erma H. (Newswanger) Weaver.

In addition to his parents, Lowell is survived by seven siblings, Dale L., Amy L., Ryan E., Marilyn J., Loren N., Kurtis N., and Sharlene N. Weaver, all of Shippensburg; maternal grandmother, Ruth R. Newswanger of Shippensburg; and paternal grandmother, Edna Z. Weaver of Shippensburg.

Lowell was preceded in death by one brother, Eldon M. Weaver; maternal grandfather, Edward G. Newswanger; and paternal grandfather, Ammon H. Weaver.

His funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m., on Monday, May 17, 2021, at the Shippensburg Old Order Mennonite Church on Duncan Road. The church ministry will officiate. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewing will be Sunday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., and again from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the Weaver residence at 585 Running Pump Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
