Lisa M. Palmer, 50, of Shippensburg, died on Friday, February 14, 2014, at her home.
She was born on August 29, 1963, in Carlisle, the daughter of William Zeke and Nellie Ott Hale.
Lisa lived for a period of time in Texas and then moved back to Shippensburg where she was employed as a laborer at many of the area distribution warehouses. She enjoyed watching NASCAR and was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Palmer of Sealy, TX; her mother, Nellie Hale of Shippensburg; two aunts, Sally Ott and Hazel Johns; one uncle, Wesley Ott; and several cousins.
A private graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. The Rev. David Erisman will officiate. There will be no viewing or visitation.
