Lee H. Latsbaugh, 88, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, and formerly of Chambersburg, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022 at Roper Hospice Cottage, Mount Pleasant, SC.

Born Wednesday, November 8, 1933 in Chambersburg, PA, he was a son of the late Edgar V. and Ethel M. Vandrew Latsbaugh. His twin sister, Peggy Ann Myers, preceded him in death.

Lee was of the Christian Faith, and over the years, enjoyed singing bass in several Christian quartets in the Chambersburg, Shippensburg & Newville areas. For 20 years, he was the Personnel Manager at J. Schoeneman (Stanley Company) in Chambersburg and retired from his role as Human Resources Manager after 20 years at Hanover Lantern, Hanover, PA.

Lee is survived by his wife of 69 years, J. Pamelia Bolan Latsbaugh whom he married October 18, 1953; one son, Timothy Lee (wife Karen) Latsbaugh; one daughter, Kimberly Pam (husband Charles) Baker; and one granddaughter, Eliza Grace Latsbaugh.

At Lee’s request the funeral service and burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Lee by making a donation to Roper Hospice Cottage, 676 Wando Park Blvd, Mount Pleasant SC 29464, so that they may continue their compassionate care for other families.
