Larry W. Lipus, 72, of Lenwood Park, Shippensburg, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012 in Manorcare, Chambersburg.
Born Wednesday, September 25, 1940 in Harmarville, he was the son of the late John and Genevieve Mae Lewetag Lipus.
Larry was of the Protestant Faith. He was a 1959 graduate of Franklin High School, Los Angeles, CA. He was a United States Navy Veteran and retired in 1990 from Letterkenny Army Depot as an administrator. He was a member of the NRA.
Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Daisy J. Meckley Lipus; one daughter, Julie A. Marpoe and her husband J. Andy; two grandsons; Austin and Nathan; two step grandsons; Zachary and Jeremy all of Shippensburg; and one sister, Peg (Lipus) Warshel of Seneca Falls, NY.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
