Landis Newswanger

Landis Sensenig Newswanger, 1 year, 3 months, and 14 days old, of Walnut Bottom, departed this life on the morning of Thursday, December 7, 2023.

He was born on August 23, 2022, at home, a son of Wayne H. and Mary Jane Sensenig Newswanger.

In addition to his parents, Landis is survived by two brothers, Anthony S. and Glenn S. Newswanger; one sister, Marita S. Newswanger; paternal grandparents, Harvey and Norma Newswanger; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Lydia Sensenig; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

His funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m., on Friday, December 15, 2023, at the Locust Lane Old Order Mennonite Church, at 35 Hammond Road, Walnut Bottom, PA, 17266. The church home ministry will officiate. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Viewing will be Thursday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., and again from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the Newswanger residence, at 417 West Main Street, Walnut Bottom, PA, 17266.
