Kenneth N. Leinbach, 40, of Shippensburg, departed this life on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at UPMC Harrisburg hospital.
He was born on January 23, 1984, in Chambersburg, a son of David N. and Elaine N. (Nolt) Leinbach. Kenneth married Linda W. (Zimmerman) on November 2, 2006, in Orrstown.
Kenneth was a self-employed farmer and a member of the Clearfield Old Order Mennonite Church, Shippensburg.
In addition to his parents and wife of eighteen years, he is survived by nine children, Jaden, Josiah, Alaina, Kara, Kendra, Ashley, Serena, Shari, and Isaiah Leinbach; five siblings, Lorene Zimmerman and husband Jason of Shippensburg, Andrew Leinbach and wife Maryann (Burkholder) of Shippensburg, Julie Burkholder and husband Dale of Constable, NY, Rosalyn Burkholder and husband Harry of Shippensburg, and Bethanne Zimmerman and husband Jeremy of Shippensburg; paternal grandmother, Mary Leinbach of Elkton, KY; and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Paul Leinbach; and maternal grandparents, Phares and Anna Mae Nolt.
His funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m., on Monday, August 19, 2024, at the Clearfield Old Order Mennonite Church on Shale Road, Shippensburg. The local ministry will be officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewing will be Sunday, August 18, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., and again from 6:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., at the Leinbach residence, 1114 Means Hollow Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
