Kenneth G. “Kenny” Killian, 81, of Shippensburg, passed away the morning of Monday, August 22, 2022 at the Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, Chambersburg with his loving children by his side.
He was born on February 26, 1941 in Shippensburg, a son of the late Paul R. and Grace M. (Myers) Killian.
Kenny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping at Knoebels. Most of all, he loved and cherished his family, especially his children and grandchildren. Kenny was a United States Navy Veteran, serving from 1958 until 1962.
He is survived by two sons, Kevin G. Killian and wife Jennifer and Kenneth J. Killian and wife Carla; two daughters, Tonia R. Killian and husband Kenny Thompson and Sheena M. McNew and husband Kasey; eight grandchildren, Kyler Killian and wife Sarah, Laurell Killian, Jaden Killian, Harper Killian, Hadley Killian, Hudson Killian, Makenna McNew, and Aylin McNew; three great-grandchildren, Kinley, Kenzie, and Khloe; and three sisters, Edna M. Besore, Peggy A. Dyarman and husband Fred, and Barbara G. Oyer and husband Dave.
In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald L. Killian, Paul J. Killian, and Charles Killian; and one sister, Esther L. Gilbert.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. There will be no public viewing, visitation, or service at this time.
