Kenneth L. “Tiger” Geesaman, Jr., 46, of Shippensburg, died Thursday, May 31, 2012 in the Chambersburg Hospital Emergency Room.Born August 13, 1965 in Chambersburg, Franklin County, he was a son of Kenneth L., Sr. and Nina Joan Berkstresser Geesaman of Shippensburg.Tiger was the President of McCune Lumber Company in Shippensburg. He was a member of King Street United Brethren Church and their MANNA Sunday School Class, Chambersburg. Tiger was Vice President of the Shippensburg Midget Football League, Coach of the Rangers Little League Baseball Team, Past President of Shippensburg Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of RAMM Distribution Company, a member of the Hub City Club, Oscar M. Hykes American Legion Post # 223, and Durff-Kuhn VFW Post # 6168. He was a 1983 graduate of Shippensburg Area Senior High School and recently received an award for the beautification of Shippensburg’s Business District for the design of the Sentinel building.Tiger was an avid Colts and Red Sox fan, he enjoyed golfing and most of all his family.In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Andrea J. Geesaman, two sons, Zachary Unitas and Bennett Parker Geesaman, and one daughter, Rachael Ana Geesaman all at home, two sisters, Cindy L. Varner and her husband John and Sandi J. Fleming and her husband Andy all of Shippensburg, one niece, Amanda Varner of Orange, CA, one nephew, Sean Varner of Arlington, VA, mother-in-law, Trudy Gerhart and her husband Charles “Bud” of Chambersburg, and father-in-law, Joseph Valentine and his wife Paula Hunter of Francestown, NH. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the King Street United Brethren Church, 162 East King Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201. Officiating will be The Rev. Dr. John H. Beukema. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 4-8 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg and one hour prior to the services in church.Memorial contributions may be made to Shippensburg Midget Football, c/o Treasurer Ralph Thompson, P.O.
