Kay G. Kyle

Kay G. Kyle, 84, of Shippensburg, passed away the morning of Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the Shippensburg Health Care Center.

She was born on Saturday, June 22, 1940 in Shippensburg, Cumberland County, a daughter of the late Huber and Bessie (Bistline) Coy.

Kay was a 1958 graduate of the Shippensburg High School. She worked for Penn Pants, Newville Shoe Company, and retired from Shippensburg University, where she worked in food services.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. “Bob” Kyle, whom passed away on August 21, 2012. Also preceding in death are four siblings, Betty Lee McNair, Lois Keefer, Eugene Coy, and Christy Coy.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg with Rev. Harold E. Yeager officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
