June B. Shuey, 83, a resident of Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle, formerly of Shippensburg, died Sunday, December 7, 2014 in the center.
She was born October 2, 1931 in Shippensburg. June was a daughter of the late Leonard O. and Lilah B. Naugle Beidel.
June was a 1949 graduate of the former Shippensburg High School.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde H. Dunmire, a sister, Eveyln D. Reed, and a brother, Robert Beidel.
June is survived by one daughter, Kathy J. (Mrs. Eric) Petrie of Waynesboro, one brother, Larry E. Beidel of New Holland, two sisters, Mary Lou (Mrs. Frank) Eisenhower of McConnellsburg, and Patricia A. (Mrs. Michael) Bubb of Dallastown, three grandchildren, Sara Radcliff of Martinsburg, WV, Kyle and Adam Petrie both of Waynesboro, and numerous nieces and nephews.
As June directed private graveside services will be held in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Shippensburg.
