Joyce Wyrick

Joyce E. Wyrick, 87, of Shippensburg, died Monday, November 18, 2013 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
She was born April 23, 1926 in Carlisle. Joyce was a daughter of the late Jacob Foster and Helen Hoffman Shank.
Joyce was a member of Messiah United Methodist Church, Shippensburg and the Senior Citizens Group # 1, Orrstown. She enjoyed flower gardening, bird watching, took great pride in caring for her home and most of all enjoyed being with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert P. Wyrick; one granddaughter, Lisa Jo Wyrick; five brothers and three sisters.
Joyce is survived by two sons, Jeff L. Wyrick and his wife Lorna of Catonsville, MD, and Robert E. Wyrick and his wife Darlene of Shippensburg; two grandchildren, Tim Wyrick of Shippensburg, and Kevin Wyrick of Orrstown; four great grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Carter, and Claire; and one sister, Edria Wolfe of Camp Hill.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 23, 2013 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg at 11 a.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Dr. Francis H. Norton. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
