She was born on January 9, 1961, in Chambersburg, a daughter of the late Robert D. and Betty Craig.
Jessie's funeral services, entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., will be private. There will be no public viewing or visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray her final expenses.
