Jesse A. Rhone, 34, a resident of the Margaret E. Moul Cerebral Palsy Home, York, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the home.
He was born September 21, 1981 in Carlisle, PA. Jesse was a son of Randy and Karen D. Martin Winter of Newville.
Jesse attended Capitol Area Intermediate at Oak Flat Elementary School, Newville. He always had a smile on his face and his personality touched the hearts of many. Anyone that knew him, grew to love him. He taught his family more about life than they could ever teach him.
In addition to his parents, Jesse is survived by two brothers, Jeremy (Nicole) Rhone, and Jesse’s twin, Jamie (Michelle) Rhone all of Carlisle; uncles and aunts, William (Shelby) Winter of Newville, Margaret (Daryl) Bridenbaugh of Ohio, and Robert Martin of Walnut Bottom; a niece, Karissa; two nephews, Jameson, and Jonathan; and cousins, Katie, and Becky.
Memorial services will be private.
