Jeffrey Comerer

Jeffrey L. Comerer, 56 of Monroe, NC, formerly of Walnut Bottom, departed this life on Friday, August 18, 2017.
He was born in Carlisle, the son of the Brinton “Fireball” Comerer and the late Dorothy V. Vaughn Comerer.
Jeffrey worked for the United Parcel Service in Harrisburg, before moving to North Carolina. In his younger years he enjoyed playing baseball. Jeffrey’s friends and family were very important to him.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his step-mother, Kathleen A. Comerer of Shippensburg; his sister, with whom he resided, Annette Dorene Comerer Riteour and husband Dave of NC; step-sister, Martina L. Dagenhart of Shippensburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his mother, who died on June 11, 1980.
His memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, August 25, 2017, at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. Pastor Melissa Mankamyer will officiate.
