Jean Rotz

Jean K. Rotz, 91, of Orrstown and formerly of Shippensburg, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the Orrstown Personal Care Home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born Monday, January 28, 1929 in Shippensburg, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Kathryn Heberlig Martin.
Jean was a 1946 graduate of the former Shippensburg High School. She was a member of the Memorial Lutheran Church in Shippensburg.
Jean is survived by one son, Richard Trent (wife Jill) Rotz, Shippensburg; one daughter, Kathy Tolleson, Chambersburg; two grandchildren, Trent Martin (wife Ermina) Rotz, and Lynn Ann Rotz both of Shippensburg; and one great grandson, Kody Ellis Rotz, Shippensburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis L. “Pete” Rotz who passed away May 7, 2019, one son, Robert Lee Rotz who passed away May 15, 2010, two sisters, Betty Mohn and Janet Nehf, and one brother, Paul Martin.
A private graveside service will be held in Spring Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Lutheran Church, 34 East Orange Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
