James Johnston

James E. Johnston, 85, of Shippensburg, died Monday, November 7, 2011 in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
Born November 9, 1925 in Shippensburg, he was a son of the late George and Nancy Riley Johnston.
James was a United States Marine Corp. veteran.
He is survived by one brother, Walter C. Johnston of Shippensburg, three sisters, Nancy Jane Frohm of Shippensburg, Helen L. Turon of Fort Worth, TX, and Peggy A. Killian of Shippensburg, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Gail Riley, and Julia Naugle, four brothers, George, Melvin, Robert and Thomas Johnston are also deceased.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 10, 2011 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg at 2 p.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Paul K. Hauk. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services Thursday afternoon.
