Jackson Charles McManus, 18, of Shippensburg, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at his home.
Born Saturday, November 11, 2006 in Lancaster, he was a son of Mick F. and Crystal M. Stumpf McManus, of Shippensburg.
Jackson was presently a senior in the Shippensburg Area School District. He was employed at Kenny’s Grill and Ice Cream, Chambersburg. He worked as a life guard at Holly Lake Camp Site in Millsboro, De in the summer.
He loved working, cars, hunting, camping, PlayStation, hanging out with his friends, and Pokemon. Jackson was an International food connoisseur.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by four sisters, Shayla Boyd, Lancaster, Carmella Horne, Blandon, Alicea McManus, Shippensburg, and Jaylin McManus, Enola; one brother, Quint McManus, Harrisburg; maternal grandmother, Connie Stumpf, Halam; paternal grandmother, Donna McManus, Harrisburg; two aunts, Shannon Paul, and Carole Lupey, both of Harrisburg; one niece, Rosalie Richard Campbell; one nephew, Rayland Campbell, both of Blandon; and two cousins, Jenna Lupey, Harrisburg, and Lena Greene, Connecticut.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc., with Pastor Bruce Levy officiating. Burial will be private. A viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
