Irene Jo Lisi, 59, of Newville, departed this life on the morning of Monday, December 21, 2020, at UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle Hospital.
She was born on December 22, 1960, in Cumberland, NC, a daughter of the late Lawrence D. and Herta J. (Spielberger) Young.
Irene worked as a nursing aide in the home healthcare field.
She is survived by her son, Justin Young of Odenton, MD and her sister, Ruth Beel of Carlisle. In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her husband, and her brother, Robert Lee Miller.
Her funeral arrangements, entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg, are private. There will be no public viewing, visitation, or service.
