Hazel M. Martin, infant daughter of Cody L. and Ellen G. Diehl Martin of Shippensburg was born and died on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Timothy and Christine Diehl and paternal grandparents, Derwood and Wendy Martin all of Shippensburg and numerous aunts and uncles.
A private graveside service will be held in the Old Rowe Mennonite Cemetery.
A celebration of life service will be scheduled on a later date.
