Harvey Lindberg Kiser, 67, of Newburg, died Friday, September 13, 2013 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
He was born February 14, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Harvey was a son of the late Walter Barnes and Rose Evelyn Self Kiser.
Harvey was a retired Truck Driver from ABF in Carlisle. He was a member of the Big Spring Masonic Lodge # 361, F & A.M., a life member of both the Minnequa Social Club in Shippensburg and the Walnut Bottom Rod & Gun Club. He was an avid Bengals and Cowboys fan.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Irene Hayes, a sister, Louise Yust, and a brother Richard Kiser.
Harvey is survived by his wife, Barbara L. Mooney Kiser, one son, Alex R. Kiser and his wife Heidi of Frisco, TX, three daughters, Kim B. Corro and her husband John of State College, Tina M. Shafer and her husband Travis of St. Thomas, and Connie Rose Davis and her husband Mark of Burkburnett, TX, eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two brothers, Walter Kiser of Lake Charles, LA, and Terry Kiser of WA, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2013 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg at 2 p.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Paul K. Hauk. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home and Masonic services will be conducted by the Big Spring Lodge at 12:30 p.m.
