Harry Kling

August 27, 1956 — May 23, 2018

Harry J. Kling, 61, of Shippensburg, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018 in the Chambersburg Hospital.

He was born August 27, 1956 in Chambersburg, Franklin County, PA. Harry was a son of the late Wayne J. and Betty Louise DeWalt Kling.

He worked at Bimbo Bakeries USA in Carlisle. Harry was a life member of the Minnequa Social Club, a member of the Hub City Club and the Sons of the American Legion Post # 223 all in Shippensburg. He was a 1975 graduate of the Shippensburg Area Senior High School. Harry enjoyed NASCAR, camping on Assateague Island, was an avid pool player, and most of all being with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Christine L. Bigler Kling, one son, William B. Foster of Shippensburg, one daughter, Erin Kling, one step-son, Travis Worley of Carlisle, one step-daughter, Rebecca Bigler of Waynesboro, one brother, Dennis R. Kling of Shippensburg, three sisters, Vicki L. Flores of Woodland, CA, Barbara J. Rand of Carlisle and Paula M. Kling of Shippensburg, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Stephen and Colin Kling.

A viewing will be held Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Shippensburg.
