Harold E. Heisey, 80, of Chambersburg, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born April 13, 1931 in Lancaster, PA, he was a son of the late Raymond and Anna Mae Buller Heisey.
Harold was a member of the Chambersburg Bible Church and retired from the Letterkenny Army Depot in 1987. He was a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean War and a 1949 graduate of the Mt. Joy High School.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Loyle B. Wickard Heisey who died June 14, 2000, one sister, two brothers and one grandson, Logan Heisey are also deceased.
Harold is survived by his wife, Marcella G. Covert Williams Heisey and her children, Lisa, Craig, and Ginine, and granddaughter, Grace, two sons; Harold E. Heisey, II and his wife Donna of Orrstown, and Scott L. Heisey and his wife Donna of Shippensburg, one daughter, Tracy L. VanPelt and her husband Theodore of Mechanicsburg, one brother, George Heisey of Landisville, and five grandchildren; Kayla, Lehn, Ashley, Lincoln, and Brandon.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 2, 2011 in the Chambersburg Bible Church at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Gary Yoder. Burial will be in the Norland Cemetery. A viewing will be held Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg and one hour prior to the services in church.
