Hannah Nicole Neil, 19, of Shippensburg, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.
Born Tuesday, September 16, 1997 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of Gregory A. and Cindy L. Ballance Neil of Shippensburg.
Hannah had a strong faith in her Lord and was Baptized at the Upper Path Valley Presbyterian Church. She loved water, especially the beach and was a true animal lover.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers; Zachary A. (wife Miranda) Neil of Spring Run and Colby L. Neil (companion Casie Biddinger) of Mercersburg, one niece Myla Neil, two nephews; Mason Neil and Evan McFerran, maternal grandparents; Ocie and Mary Ballance of Shippensburg and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Hannah was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Albert and Viola Neil.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc., with the Rev. Marlin A. “Butch” Neil officiating. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held Monday, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Penn State Children’s Hospital, 1249 Cocoa Ave., Suite 115, Hershey, PA 17033.
