Haddiee R. Rosenberry, 95, of Shippensburg, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Menno Haven Rehabilitation Center in Chambersburg, surrounded by her loving family.
Born Sunday, December 13, 1925 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late William L. and Olive M. Peiper Barmont.
Haddiee was a member of the Shippensburg First church of God and their King’s, Son’s, and Daughter’s Sunday School Class. She loved and cherished her family, friends, and neighbors. Haddiee loved gardening and her flowers.
Haddiee will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by one son, Larry R. (wife Julie) Rosenberry; one daughter, Debbie A. (husband Darryl) Heckman; daughter in-law, Donna R. Foust Rosenberry, all of Shippensburg; seven grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Rosenberry who died February 25, 2003, they married April 8, 1947; one son, Ira E. Rosenberry; one brother, Lewis Barmont; five sisters, Carrie J. Plasterer, Anna B. Meals, Pheobe K. Cormany, Olive M. Plasterer, and Crene I. Reisinger.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Shippensburg First Church of God, with Pastor Jim Rogers, Pastor Trevor Rosenberry, Chaplain Matthew Shenton, and Pastor Gary Hornbaker officiating. Burial will be in Air Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held Monday, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc., and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday, at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shippensburg First Church of God, 121 East King Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
